3Do you provide packing materials, if so what are the dimensions for the boxes in particular?

Yes. We provide boxes on loan-term basis, but be assure that the boxes on loan are in good condition.

4Should I pack expensive valuables in the boxes?
We will recommend you to transport any expensive valuables yourself. Vimbox Movers will not be liable for any losses of these valuable in the process of moving.
5What are Vimbox Movers payment modes and schemes?

Vimbox Movers adopts a deposit-payment scheme, whereby deposit has to be made to secure the time slot for moving and will be deducted from the total moving cost after the move has been completed.

Payments can be made via Cash, Cheque or Bank Transfer.

Cash Payments: Can be paid to our movers upon completion of services.

Cheque Payments: You can address the cheque to Vimbox Movers Pte. Ltd.

Bank Transfer: Kindly seek advise from our friendly consultants.

6Does Vimbox Movers offers additional insurance coverage?

Yes. We do provide insurance coverage from a third-party insurance provider, which is subjected for approval. The rough estimates cost for additional insurance coverage will be 3.5% of the total declared value.
