It’s my second time using Vim box moving service. Luckily, i’ve met the same manager who arranged the schedule my moving 2years ago. I just applied moving services not packing. The price wise, it’s reasonable. Timothy and his 3 colleagues did a very good job in our recent move. We had about 150 boxes besides the usual furniture & appliances. This is my first time using Vimbox. The entire move took less than 2 hours to finish which is much faster than my previous movers. The crew is friendly and efficient. All items arrive at my new place in good shape. Thanks to their special “hanger” trolley, we didn’t have to pack any of our hanging clothes! Payment was per quotation, no extra charge. First time moving house to house hence I know the amount of packing all the barang I have accumulated is gonna be challenging. Jonathan was my consultant from Vimbox. He was friendly, informative and thorough. He got back to me with a quotation quite prompt too. A week after the initial meeting, I told him that there will be a change in the amount of things we are bringing over. He was like,“No problem !” And arranged to came down again. On d day, the team sent over were very efficient and professional. They were careful with the furniture and took care with all the packed boxes. They all moved in a very organised and fast pace too. This is my third shifting with vimbox movers, Jonathan has always been my to-go-to guy for any of our relocation work. Since 3 years back, he has always been very responsive to reply to all of my question. Day & night, give this guy a pat on his shoulder. Quick and super efficient. Bernice was very helpful in giving me a quote and suggesting the number of cartons I needed. Even when I frequently changed the number of items I had, she updated my quote every time with patience. She was quick to reply on the day of the move and saw to it that things proceeded smoothly. The movers were friendly, came on time, moved my stuff and finished everything within an hour. Highly recommended!

Moving can be one of the most stressful things to do. We spoke with many movers, most of them are rather confusing and really had to understand what the charges are and services provided. Amazing amazing team! They had 10 guys at our house, all were friendly, helpful and professional. It was a very tricky move into a conservation house with 3 stories which had a lot of corners and they handled all our furniture with utmost care. Not a single accident. Highly recommend!!! Just completed our move from condo to cluster house. The team of movers was awesome. They are extremely professional and very smart in organizing boxes and items. My wardrobe full of clothes, dresses was supposed to make 2 trips, but the team thought of ways to effectively reduce #of trips and maximise their racks and trollies. The guys were very polite and fun, yet diligent in their job. While our TV console was slightly damaged in the process, the team immediately rectified. Overall great experience. Move was supposed to be tiring and stressful but the guys made it fun and light hearted. Highly recommend. Thank you Damian and team movers.

Our experience with Sebastian and Jeff from Vimbox has been excellent! They helped us to move all the furniture and fittings from our home and took very good care of everything while in transit. The moving team led by Wee and Ming Fu were skilled, experienced, cheerful and able to accommodate our heavy rosewood and antique furniture with no complaints. Loved everything about our experience with Vimbox, from the initial engagement to the quotation to the actual move itself! Our move needed to be scheduled quite soon and the responsive staff quickly arranged a survey by Damian who was really efficient and helpful, and set clear expectations! Damian was extremely responsive and patient with my tons of questions even after the initial survey. He even proactively scheduled the move earlier in the day for our convenience! The boxes arrived quite soon after and I just love that they recycle the boxes for a reduced carbon footprint. Fast forward to the move day and we were so fortunate to have Jumari and team helping us! Extremely professional and capable, they were also really positive throughout even though the move was a challenging one (we had a really long dining table that needed to be moved by many narrow stairs). They problem solved on the ground to make things happen with the table and took really great care of our things throughout. Thanks Vimbox for really helping to reduce all the stress that comes with a move! We found the prices to be extremely reasonable as well.

I contacted Vimbox on 5th Sep for my moving on 12 Oct. They are quite responsive especially sales lady Bernice is very helpful. No site survey was done, I could only provide pictures/size of my items but quotation was competitive and fast. On 12 Oct, the team was on time, quickly wrapped up my stuff and even gave me a drive to my place. Everything was done properly and professionally. I am satisfied and happy with Vimbox. Will definitely return to them if I need to move again and I have recommended my friend who will move house on 11th November.

One of the best moving experiences I've ever had.The Vimbox movers are amazingly helpful, take care of furniture to an extent I haven't seen before and are supremely helpful, above and beyond expectations.They packed my entire house in less than three hours, and when they reassembled and unpacked, it felt like I was back in my old living room.Would highly recommend anyone moving in Singapore to use them!

Hired Vimbox to move apartments recently. The service was excellent. They provided 20 boxes that we initially estimated. As we packed, we realized that it wasn’t enough so I messaged them and asked for 10 more boxes which they delivered within a couple of days. On the day of the move itself, they showed up on time and very quickly loaded everything onto the truck and were careful not to damage anything, then delivered our things to the new place and again carefully unloaded the truck. I thought it would take several hours but their team got everything done in about an hour. Granted our place wasn’t that big so not a lot of furniture, but still very impressive service. Will definitely use Vimbox for my next move. Very professional.

Hired the services of Vimbox Movers when I was shifting house. They were professiandonal and punctual and assisted me to pack the items properly before moving them. Highly recommended. The movers were very professional, on-time (even earlier!) and moved quickly but with care too. The team was helpful and even placed the boxes in the room where we wanted them to be for easier unpacking. A little pricey compared to the quotations we received, but was worth it.

Excellent experience, highly recommended. I engaged the services of Vimbox when I moved house last week. Special mention goes to supervisor Timothy for being cool as a cucumber in managing his packing and moving teams so well. The team was punctual, professional, efficient, and friendly. They seemed to have great camaraderie, and took pride and joy in their work even though it was hot and tiring. Because of this, it was pleasant having the packers and movers around, despite the fundamentally chaotic nature of having many boxes and people all over the house. The packing team was particularly outstanding, except for one greenhorn whose packing technique caused some anxiety, but Timothy immediately re-delegated him to pack other 'safer' objects when we voiced our concerns, and personally took over packing the fragile items. The unloading process in the new house was also swift, and we were impressed that Timothy and his team took the extra effort to help us assemble the right pieces of furniture in the right rooms after a quick round of verification with us. Fantastic service all around. Well done!

Boxes: Really liked how they allow you to rent boxes and return them once it's over, but they also allow flexibility should you already have your own. They also send you tape and bubble wrap as well.Movers: Arrived on time and were very quick, efficient and careful with all my belongings. Managed to move my piano, computer table, screen and other pieces of small furniture with ease and no scratches.Communication: Very patient in dealing with all my questions about packing and labelling and handling fragile equipment.

Good job from the very beginning when I called Sean. He was very attentive to every detail. Since I needed to make some detour for my moving and storage, including disposal of some furniture, more delivery needed to be done.When the movers came, they handled the items with care and packed it individually. It was professionally done. The boys were very friendly although it is a tough job for them. Never once they complain about the item that were being packed. They managed to do it and cleared everything in the shortest time. I was very impressed with the way they work.When moving back to my own home, they also managed to handle everything just as the first move.Great job to the guys at Vimbox. I'm very impressed with the moving service provided by Vimbox Movers. Besides moving to my new location, I have requested for 3 other detours to send furniture to my friends and relatives. I've also requested for two wardrobes and an L-shaped sofa to be discarded. Sean, who is the sales consultant gave me a reasonably priced quotation within an hour. He also arranged for the moving impeccably. On the day of the move, the movers arrived promptly. The furniture, different articles and boxes were moved out from my house smoothly. The disassembly and assembly of the furniture were done professionally. All the furniture arrived at the four destinations safely and efficiently. The part that I was most impressed with was the great attitude of the movers. Throughout the whole moving process, the movers were friendly and were very willing to work. There was no grumbling nor any negative feedbacks despite all the hard work. They maintained a jovial disposition which made the stressful process of moving house enjoyable. My family and I engaged Sean Lee from Vimbox for our home move on 13/6/22. Right from the start Sean was responsive and knowledgeable, giving us excellent advice in planning for the move. He came over promptly to give us a quotation the very next day. He has always been friendly and attentive, allaying my fears and stress from the move.Fees were extremely reasonable and well worth. Professional and ever smiling movers who took the effort to cling wrap almost all our items. They also disassembled the furnitures and appliances which had problems going through the door, assembling them for us at the new venue. As each of them passed through the entrance of the new location, they asked us where to put each box instead of just leaving it in the living area. They removed the cling wraps for the furnitures to save us the trouble. They never once grumbled or complained when we gave them wrong instructions or asked for extra assistance. Top notch!Post move - Sean followed up with us to check if there are any issues. Sean was very fast and efficient and despite not being able to make it down personally due to the heavy downpour, he was able to provide a reasonable quote based on the photos alone. He was very responsive to all queries, always very assuring. He was also able to provide immediate solutions when I called him due to additional moving needs. He is definitely an asset to the company as he definitely provides services exceeding customers' expectation.Similarly, the movers who came were very friendly and professional. Sean came to us when an incident occurred with another moving company and provided a very reasonable quote. He also patiently answered all our questions that we had subsequently about packing and the eventual move.Movers arrived promptly on the day itself and took us by storm. The packing materials Vimbox provide will be the tapes, bubble wrap and newsprint. The movers will bring the shrink wrap on the actual day of move to wrap furniture. Morning slot mover arrives between 9am to 10am, and they will ask for an initial deposit of 40% of the total costs upon acceptance of the official quote.Stella, from the sales/admin, was responsive to my emails. The 2 movers were friendly and hardworking. Overall, a pleasant experience!

Ordered a King Mattress and delivered with massive care as i watched them unwrapped from the protection.Got the guys to help with my sofa legs & dining table installation. They handled it with utmost care to ensure the items are not scratched. Then I remembered there were more items to be done, the list added on but Vimbox guys took it on without grumbling and most importantly, with a smile.Gave them a small tip and went downstairs to throw the cartons away. Can't say that there are the cheapest mover company around but their price is definitely competitive. I must say that I still think the amount I paid to shift my items are worthwhile.Their movers are well-mannered, fast despite the rainy weather and very eager to complete the job. I found Vimbox from Google and sent a request to quote. Their salesman did read the message and responded with an appointment to survey shortly after. Believe me, not every company responded for a request sent to internet :). On the actual date of moving, the crew was very professional, efficient, and helpful. This is the most efficient team. From assessment to delivery, it was the smoothest process I’ve encountered. I had 2 pianos to shift and the movers were very dedicated to wrap and handled it carefully. Awesome moving experience. The movers arrived within the stipulated window and started wrapping your items, moving speedily. They were very professional and knew how to optimise each trolley. On arrival at the new location, movers were fast moving and removed the shrinkwrap quickly, removing the waste after unloading. Movers also went the extra mile to assist me in installing my TV onto the new mount. I would definitely recommend Vimbox to my friends requiring moving services.

Very good experience with Vimbox. They were recommended to us by a friend who also used their service in 2021. The valuer came out as arranged, was on time and his subsequent quote was very competitive. Their on-line system for confirming and accepting the quote is very clear with what is covered, and how much it will cost. The pre-packers were very thorough and the next day the uplift was a very smooth process. The guys took great care with our belongings and were respectful and very hard working. The closet rack is a great idea and makes it super easy to relocate your clothes. They left the start point clean and clear of any rubbish. They unwrapped everything at the destination and helped place the heavy furniture where we wanted it. The full service includes packing and unpacking - that has a charge to it per box that they pack/unpack but if you want them to pack the kitchen and other rooms, they will, no problem and unpack at the other end. Not a single broken glass or plate !! They also gave us some boxes a few weeks earlier at our request for us to pack stuff we wanted to do ourselves. Biggest plus - the final bill was exactly as agreed. The pre-pack and unpack was all clear and exactly as promised. I would highly recommend VimBox Movers especially for a same day local move as in our case.
