TERMS & CONDITIONS

Vimbox Promotion will be governed by these standard terms and conditions, and accompany Promotion Details (collectively the “Terms”).

Eligibility:

1. Participants are to be existing customers of Vimbox Movers in the period from May to August 2019.
2. Participants are to be legal residents of Singapore.
3. Employees of Vimbox and each of their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

General:

1. The promotion is sponsored and administered by the organiser, Vimbox Movers Pte. Ltd. And is not being sponsored or administered by any other affiliated companies.
2. Participants for the promotion will have to do the following stated under  <Promotion Mechanics>
3. Incomplete, indecipherable, illegible, incorrect entries or any entry that violates the Term of Usage or rules for entry, will automatically be disqualified.
4. Entries received after the Closing Date will be disqualified
5. The organiser’s appointed judges will select the winners from amongst all eligible entries (each referred to as “Winner”) by random selection. The organiser’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entertained
6. The Organiser reserve the right to terminate the Promotion or to modify the Promotion rules and Terms prior to the Closing Date by amending the rules and notified via the Promotion Page and/or post. Such modifications shall be immediately effective and apply to all entries, including entries that have been submitted to the organisers
7. Any queries regarding the Promotion should specify the name of the Promotion and be addressed to the Organiser’s Facebook Administrative personnel.\

Collection & Redemption of prizes

1. In the event that the Organiser cannot for any reason obtain the Winner’s acknowledgement and contact details within twenty-four (24) hours of first attempting to do so, the organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner at organiser’s sole discretion.
2. The Organiser reserves the right to select an alternative Winner at any time, where the organisers have reasonable grounds for believing that the initially selected winner has contravened any of these Terms. Any Alternative Winner will be selected applying the same criteria as that used to select the original Winner.
3. A Prize Vouchers may be subject to the additional terms and conditions of the prize suppliers, more details on the collection of the Prize Vouchers will be given to the respective winner(s) at a later stage.
4. Acceptance of the prize shall constitute consent Winner’s part (including Winner’s companion’s part, as the case may be) to allow the user of Winner’s entry, names, images, video footage, voices, and/or other purposes, without further compensation, in any media for an unlimited period of time, except where prohibited by law.
5. The Winners are to acknowledge and agree that photo-taking during the collections of prizes are compulsory and Vimbox Movers reserve all rights for the relative media publishing.
6. The Winners are to acknowledge that the collection of prizes is to be collected by themselves, as a condition to a receipt of their prizes.
7. Vimbox is not responsible for any Winner for the redemption of the prizes. Vimbox shall not be liable to any Winner for damages, losses, costs or expenses, lost profits, revenue, business or anticipated saving suffered or incurred by any Winner arising out of or in connection with the redemption of any prize.
8. Each participant shall fully indemnify and hold harmless Vimbox and Affiliate Prizes’ Suppliers and each of their respective divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees and agents, and all other associated with the development and execution of this promotion (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from any and all claims, from or be connected with:
   • The participant’s submission, participation, attempt to participate or inability to participate, in the promotion;
   • Submission and/or use by the Indemnified Parties of any submission (and/or any part thereof)
   • The participant’s failure to comply with any one or more of these promotion rules or any applicable laws, rules or regulations.
   • The unauthorised use by the participant of, as applicable, the name, likeness, voice, work product, rand , trademark, logo of any person or entity.
   • The breach or alleged breach of any warranty, representation (including, without any eligibility -related representation) or covenant made by the participant In connection with the promotion.
   • Acceptance and/or use of any Prize, if any.
   • Any right or benefit granted by the participant to Vimbox and/or Affiliate Prize Supplier in connection with the promotion
   • The participant’s negligence, willful misconduct, violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations or these promotion rules, or his or her violation of any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights.
