Where do I start the video survey from?
We will usually recommend starting from the bedrooms and working our way out to the living room, balcony, kitchen, storeroom and finally the corridor.
Please also note that if there are wardrobes in your bedrooms, please do open it up to let our surveyors get a rough estimate of boxes/clothing racks to pack your items. Please do the same for kitchen cabinets.
When will I receive the quotation?
Once the video survey is over, our surveyor will prepare the official quotation with the details you provided within 1 working day. Please do make sure that the email you provided is correct to prevent any unnecessary delay.

After reading positive reviews on Vimbox, we decided to give them the project. True enough, thanks to Bernice who arrange Jack & his team to my condo on time on the day of moving. They were very careful & gentle to my piano, antique display cabinet, TV etc just to mention a few.. they carefully wrap them & move my furniture to my new place and carefully unload them, taking extremely good care of my walls & fixtures in the house. Itβs my second time using Vim box moving service. Luckily, iβve met the same manager who arranged the schedule my moving 2years ago. I just applied moving services not packing. The price wise, itβs reasonable. Movers were super fast and kind as usual, so i thought i selected the right company among the moving service in Singapore. :)Movers looked quite experienced and professional. I could finish the moving just in 90mins. No doubt i will choose the Vim box my next moving.

I engaged the services of Vimbox for my move on 14 April, 2018. My family is very pleased with the dedication, hard work and experience of their staff. Special thanks to - Jonathan (sales consultant) who lent his muscles to good use - Sebastian and Tianfu who were very obliging. When we had additional requirements on the move day, Vimbox management agreed to our request. We are very grateful to the staff who forgo their dinner and finished the assignment only after 9 pm. Timothy and his 3 colleagues did a very good job in our recent move. We had about 150 boxes besides the usual furniture & appliances. They took care to protect all our items and ensure that the fittings & fixtures in our newly renovated apartment were not scratched or damaged. Was checking online for movers & came across Vimbox, couldn't believed the rating for their reviews. Chat on their website and the office staff Ben was swift to arrange for their sales to see my things. the quote was prompt and reasonable, though not the cheapest. I Chose Vimbox nonetheless and everything turn out great and easy, everything is finish under 4 hours. 20 years of my life just seems just like an hour, thank you vimbox and hope you will continue to provide such great service to all.

This is my first time using Vimbox. The entire move took less than 2 hours to finish which is much faster than my previous movers. The crew is friendly and efficient. All items arrive at my new place in good shape. Thanks to their special βhangerβ trolley, we didnβt have to pack any of our hanging clothes! Payment was per quotation, no extra charge. Special thanks to the consultant, Sebastian who patiently explained the whole process to me. Knowing that I have a few items to dispose, he shared good tips on how to get the best value from them and it works. Great job, Vimbox.

First time moving house to house hence I know the amount of packing all the barang I have accumulated is gonna be challenging. Jonathan was my consultant from Vimbox. He was friendly, informative and thorough. He got back to me with a quotation quite prompt too. A week after the initial meeting, I told him that there will be a change in the amount of things we are bringing over. He was like,βNo problem !β And arranged to came down again. On d day, the team sent over were very efficient and professional. They were careful with the furniture and took care with all the packed boxes. They all moved in a very organised and fast pace too. My house with towering mountains of boxes was emptied within hours! Over at the new place, they were very helpful in trying to place all the boxes, furniture in the correct places. Movers and packers service from Vimbox agency was awesome. We booked them 1 week in advance and all the required due diligence was done on time.On the day of movement staff arrived on time.. Very cheerful , efficient and co-operative staff.. Jonathan provided a good experience, and prompt service from his team. They were able to move all of my furniture within the stipulated timing, and they were also able to quickly refurnish my new home, and helped to re-set up equipments that needed to be dismantled for the move. This is my third shifting with vimbox movers, Jonathan has always been my to-go-to guy for any of our relocation work. Since 3 years back, he has always been very responsive to reply to all of my question. Day & night, give this guy a pat on his shoulder. Vimbox rate is unfortunately not the cheapest you could find, but with the standard and reliability. It should be one of the best few movers in Singapore with an affordable and market rates. Good job boys from the operation side, always extremely polite & helpful!

Just completed our move from condo to cluster house. The team of movers was awesome. They are extremely professional and very smart in organizing boxes and items. My wardrobe full of clothes, dresses was supposed to make 2 trips, but the team thought of ways to effectively reduce #of trips and maximise their racks and trollies. The guys were very polite and fun, yet diligent in their job. While our TV console was slightly damaged in the process, the team immediately rectified. Overall great experience. Move was supposed to be tiring and stressful but the guys made it fun and light hearted. Highly recommend. Thank you Damian and team movers.

Loved everything about our experience with Vimbox, from the initial engagement to the quotation to the actual move itself! Our move needed to be scheduled quite soon and the responsive staff quickly arranged a survey by Damian who was really efficient and helpful, and set clear expectations! Damian was extremely responsive and patient with my tons of questions even after the initial survey. He even proactively scheduled the move earlier in the day for our convenience! The boxes arrived quite soon after and I just love that they recycle the boxes for a reduced carbon footprint. Fast forward to the move day and we were so fortunate to have Jumari and team helping us! Extremely professional and capable, they were also really positive throughout even though the move was a challenging one (we had a really long dining table that needed to be moved by many narrow stairs). They problem solved on the ground to make things happen with the table and took really great care of our things throughout. Thanks Vimbox for really helping to reduce all the stress that comes with a move! We found the prices to be extremely reasonable as well.

I contacted Vimbox on 5th Sep for my moving on 12 Oct. They are quite responsive especially sales lady Bernice is very helpful. No site survey was done, I could only provide pictures/size of my items but quotation was competitive and fast. On 12 Oct, the team was on time, quickly wrapped up my stuff and even gave me a drive to my place. Everything was done properly and professionally. I am satisfied and happy with Vimbox. Will definitely return to them if I need to move again and I have recommended my friend who will move house on 11th November.

Hired Vimbox to move apartments recently. The service was excellent. They provided 20 boxes that we initially estimated. As we packed, we realized that it wasnβt enough so I messaged them and asked for 10 more boxes which they delivered within a couple of days. On the day of the move itself, they showed up on time and very quickly loaded everything onto the truck and were careful not to damage anything, then delivered our things to the new place and again carefully unloaded the truck. I thought it would take several hours but their team got everything done in about an hour. Granted our place wasnβt that big so not a lot of furniture, but still very impressive service. Will definitely use Vimbox for my next move. Very professional.

Communication was never a problem; her product knowledge is great. The team picked up my boxes way before the original pick-up time, even if it was somehow a last-minute request. Any service shortfall that came along the way was handled professionally. Recovery was quick. Great team and service! I am really thankful I engaged in their service.

I engage Vimbox Movers to move my house last week.Staff Stella arrange the site survey.Damian came and do a site survey and I received the quotation on the day itself.Moving was very fast and efficient. Ah Beng is the supervisor, he is very knowledgeable and the team is careful with my items. All the movers were fun and friendly!I will think they are the best movers I have ever used.100% will ring them up if Im moving house the next time and also strongly recommend to my friends!

Excellent experience, highly recommended. I engaged the services of Vimbox when I moved house last week. Special mention goes to supervisor Timothy for being cool as a cucumber in managing his packing and moving teams so well. The team was punctual, professional, efficient, and friendly. They seemed to have great camaraderie, and took pride and joy in their work even though it was hot and tiring. Because of this, it was pleasant having the packers and movers around, despite the fundamentally chaotic nature of having many boxes and people all over the house. The packing team was particularly outstanding, except for one greenhorn whose packing technique caused some anxiety, but Timothy immediately re-delegated him to pack other 'safer' objects when we voiced our concerns, and personally took over packing the fragile items. The unloading process in the new house was also swift, and we were impressed that Timothy and his team took the extra effort to help us assemble the right pieces of furniture in the right rooms after a quick round of verification with us. Fantastic service all around. Well done!

Super service! From initial enquiry, they were very prompt & professional in answering all my questions. Packing materials were provided. Movers came early and were efficient while being careful in moving all our items. They will even come pick up the boxes after we are done unpacking. Happy with the overall experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs movers!

Boxes: Really liked how they allow you to rent boxes and return them once it's over, but they also allow flexibility should you already have your own. They also send you tape and bubble wrap as well.Movers: Arrived on time and were very quick, efficient and careful with all my belongings. Managed to move my piano, computer table, screen and other pieces of small furniture with ease and no scratches.Communication: Very patient in dealing with all my questions about packing and labelling and handling fragile equipment.

Good job from the very beginning when I called Sean. He was very attentive to every detail. Since I needed to make some detour for my moving and storage, including disposal of some furniture, more delivery needed to be done.When the movers came, they handled the items with care and packed it individually. It was professionally done. The boys were very friendly although it is a tough job for them. Never once they complain about the item that were being packed. They managed to do it and cleared everything in the shortest time. I was very impressed with the way they work.When moving back to my own home, they also managed to handle everything just as the first move.Great job to the guys at Vimbox. I will not hesitate to recommend your company to my family and friends.

I'm very impressed with the moving service provided by Vimbox Movers. Besides moving to my new location, I have requested for 3 other detours to send furniture to my friends and relatives. I've also requested for two wardrobes and an L-shaped sofa to be discarded. Sean, who is the sales consultant gave me a reasonably priced quotation within an hour. He also arranged for the moving impeccably. On the day of the move, the movers arrived promptly. The furniture, different articles and boxes were moved out from my house smoothly. The disassembly and assembly of the furniture were done professionally. All the furniture arrived at the four destinations safely and efficiently. The part that I was most impressed with was the great attitude of the movers. Throughout the whole moving process, the movers were friendly and were very willing to work. There was no grumbling nor any negative feedbacks despite all the hard work. They maintained a jovial disposition which made the stressful process of moving house enjoyable. I would definitely engage them should I need to move house again. Well done Vimbox!

My family and I engaged Sean Lee from Vimbox for our home move on 13/6/22. Right from the start Sean was responsive and knowledgeable, giving us excellent advice in planning for the move. He came over promptly to give us a quotation the very next day. He has always been friendly and attentive, allaying my fears and stress from the move.Fees were extremely reasonable and well worth. Professional and ever smiling movers who took the effort to cling wrap almost all our items. They also disassembled the furnitures and appliances which had problems going through the door, assembling them for us at the new venue. As each of them passed through the entrance of the new location, they asked us where to put each box instead of just leaving it in the living area. They removed the cling wraps for the furnitures to save us the trouble. They never once grumbled or complained when we gave them wrong instructions or asked for extra assistance. Top notch!Post move - Sean followed up with us to check if there are any issues. Sean was very fast and efficient and despite not being able to make it down personally due to the heavy downpour, he was able to provide a reasonable quote based on the photos alone. He was very responsive to all queries, always very assuring. He was also able to provide immediate solutions when I called him due to additional moving needs. He is definitely an asset to the company as he definitely provides services exceeding customers' expectation.Similarly, the movers who came were very friendly and professional. Sean came to us when an incident occurred with another moving company and provided a very reasonable quote. He also patiently answered all our questions that we had subsequently about packing and the eventual move.Movers arrived promptly on the day itself and took us by storm. The packing materials Vimbox provide will be the tapes, bubble wrap and newsprint. The movers will bring the shrink wrap on the actual day of move to wrap furniture. Morning slot mover arrives between 9am to 10am, and they will ask for an initial deposit of 40% of the total costs upon acceptance of the official quote.Stella, from the sales/admin, was responsive to my emails. The 2 movers were friendly and hardworking. Overall, a pleasant experience!

Vinbox Movers is the best moving company that I have worked with in 20 years of moves. What I loved about this company is that they truly work like a team. Damian was our relationship manager and he is super responsive and pleasant. He came to our apartment to give us a realistic estimate which was exactly on point. No surprises and unexpected costs with this company.Just before our move, we needed more boxes and he moved quickly to deliver them.Now on the day of is where the magic happened. Timothy and his team were flawless. They worked perfectly as a team. Everyone knew their job and they were in and out of a 4 Bdrm apartment in 2 hrs. It was amazing!!! And every piece of furniture was dismantled and reassembled with care. What a great team and a big thank you!!!I rarely leave recommendations; however, I couldn't help myself. Super efficient.I have stored my items in their storage for 2 months and about 2 weeks earlier, i arranged for the items to be moved out to my new place. I have engaged Vimbox movers service for moving and was extremely satisfied with their service from the beginning of the move to the end and their efficiency in scheduling the site visit and how they are able to reply to all my questions.This is our first time engaging a moving company and Jason has help us a lot in answering all our questions and going the extra miles to help us. He always responds promptly to the questions asked.On the day of moving, the team were all very coordinated, efficient and helpful. They wrapped every single item and item that are fragile they will go through the extra effort to move the things. One of the movers even advise us on the adapter for the washing machine as it did not fit the one in the house. Ordered a King Mattress and delivered with massive care as i watched them unwrapped from the protection.Got the guys to help with my sofa legs & dining table installation. They handled it with utmost care to ensure the items are not scratched. Then I remembered there were more items to be done, the list added on but Vimbox guys took it on without grumbling and most importantly, with a smile.Gave them a small tip and went downstairs to throw the cartons away. As we parted ways they bothered to shout out good bye with a warm wave. I would say a good personal touch and I would ask for Vimbox's service again!

Can't say that there are the cheapest mover company around but their price is definitely competitive. I must say that I still think the amount I paid to shift my items are worthwhile.Their movers are well-mannered, fast despite the rainy weather and very eager to complete the job. So quick I missed out getting the names of the team of movers.My items are also well wrapped up during the move and the price is inclusive of what I paid (they also including basic dismantling and assembly)While there is a little damage to my fittings when moving in my item, Marcus was very quick to respond to my feedback and offer a remedy that left me very satisfied.Vimbox are responsible mover that can be relied upon to ensure you paid your due and they delivered to your satisfaction.

This is the second time we have engaged Vimbox movers and even then, we are very pleased with the way the company has responded to our request from the start. The admin team was very prompt with responding to our queries and informed us of the cost before hand. Customer can be assured that there isnβt any hidden cost added to their quotation. I found Vimbox from Google and sent a request to quote. Their salesman did read the message and responded with an appointment to survey shortly after. Believe me, not every company responded for a request sent to internet :). On the actual date of moving, the crew was very professional, efficient, and helpful. They basically took over the whole house, packing and stacking with amazing speed and efficiency. They also helped us to change legs for our dinning table :). All and all very good service!

We will usually recommend starting from the bedrooms and working our way out to the living room, balcony, kitchen, storeroom and finally the corridor.
Please also note that if there are wardrobes in your bedrooms, please do open it up to let our surveyors get a rough estimate of boxes/clothing racks to pack your items. Please do the same for kitchen cabinets.

After reading positive reviews on Vimbox, we decided to give them the project. True enough, thanks to Bernice who arrange Jack & his team to my condo on time on the day of moving. Timothy and his 3 colleagues did a very good job in our recent move. We had about 150 boxes besides the usual furniture & appliances. This is my first time using Vimbox. The entire move took less than 2 hours to finish which is much faster than my previous movers. The crew is friendly and efficient. All items arrive at my new place in good shape. Thanks to their special βhangerβ trolley, we didnβt have to pack any of our hanging clothes! Payment was per quotation, no extra charge. First time moving house to house hence I know the amount of packing all the barang I have accumulated is gonna be challenging. Jonathan was my consultant from Vimbox. This is my third shifting with vimbox movers, Jonathan has always been my to-go-to guy for any of our relocation work. Since 3 years back, he has always been very responsive to reply to all of my question. Day & night, give this guy a pat on his shoulder. Just completed our move from condo to cluster house. The team of movers was awesome. They are extremely professional and very smart in organizing boxes and items. My wardrobe full of clothes, dresses was supposed to make 2 trips, but the team thought of ways to effectively reduce #of trips and maximise their racks and trollies. The guys were very polite and fun, yet diligent in their job. While our TV console was slightly damaged in the process, the team immediately rectified. Overall great experience. Loved everything about our experience with Vimbox, from the initial engagement to the quotation to the actual move itself! Our move needed to be scheduled quite soon and the responsive staff quickly arranged a survey by Damian who was really efficient and helpful, and set clear expectations! Damian was extremely responsive and patient with my tons of questions even after the initial survey. He even proactively scheduled the move earlier in the day for our convenience! The boxes arrived quite soon after and I just love that they recycle the boxes for a reduced carbon footprint. Fast forward to the move day and we were so fortunate to have Jumari and team helping us! Extremely professional and capable, they were also really positive throughout even though the move was a challenging one (we had a really long dining table that needed to be moved by many narrow stairs). They problem solved on the ground to make things happen with the table and took really great care of our things throughout. No site survey was done, I could only provide pictures/size of my items but quotation was competitive and fast. Hired Vimbox to move apartments recently. The service was excellent. They provided 20 boxes that we initially estimated. As we packed, we realized that it wasnβt enough so I messaged them and asked for 10 more boxes which they delivered within a couple of days. On the day of the move itself, they showed up on time and very quickly loaded everything onto the truck and were careful not to damage anything, then delivered our things to the new place and again carefully unloaded the truck. I thought it would take several hours but their team got everything done in about an hour. Granted our place wasnβt that big so not a lot of furniture, but still very impressive service. Highly recommended. The movers were very professional, on-time (even earlier!) and moved quickly but with care too. The team was helpful and even placed the boxes in the room where we wanted them to be for easier unpacking. A little pricey compared to the quotations we received, but was worth it.

Excellent experience, highly recommended. I engaged the services of Vimbox when I moved house last week. Special mention goes to supervisor Timothy for being cool as a cucumber in managing his packing and moving teams so well. The team was punctual, professional, efficient, and friendly. They seemed to have great camaraderie, and took pride and joy in their work even though it was hot and tiring. Because of this, it was pleasant having the packers and movers around, despite the fundamentally chaotic nature of having many boxes and people all over the house. The packing team was particularly outstanding, except for one greenhorn whose packing technique caused some anxiety, but Timothy immediately re-delegated him to pack other 'safer' objects when we voiced our concerns, and personally took over packing the fragile items. The unloading process in the new house was also swift, and we were impressed that Timothy and his team took the extra effort to help us assemble the right pieces of furniture in the right rooms after a quick round of verification with us. Fantastic service all around. Well done!

Boxes: Really liked how they allow you to rent boxes and return them once it's over, but they also allow flexibility should you already have your own. They also send you tape and bubble wrap as well.Movers: Arrived on time and were very quick, efficient and careful with all my belongings. Managed to move my piano, computer table, screen and other pieces of small furniture with ease and no scratches.Communication: Very patient in dealing with all my questions about packing and labelling and handling fragile equipment.

Good job from the very beginning when I called Sean. He was very attentive to every detail. Since I needed to make some detour for my moving and storage, including disposal of some furniture, more delivery needed to be done.When the movers came, they handled the items with care and packed it individually. It was professionally done. The boys were very friendly although it is a tough job for them. Never once they complain about the item that were being packed. They managed to do it and cleared everything in the shortest time. I was very impressed with the way they work.When moving back to my own home, they also managed to handle everything just as the first move.Great job to the guys at Vimbox. I'm very impressed with the moving service provided by Vimbox Movers. Besides moving to my new location, I have requested for 3 other detours to send furniture to my friends and relatives. I've also requested for two wardrobes and an L-shaped sofa to be discarded. Sean, who is the sales consultant gave me a reasonably priced quotation within an hour. He also arranged for the moving impeccably. On the day of the move, the movers arrived promptly. The furniture, different articles and boxes were moved out from my house smoothly. The disassembly and assembly of the furniture were done professionally. All the furniture arrived at the four destinations safely and efficiently. The part that I was most impressed with was the great attitude of the movers. Throughout the whole moving process, the movers were friendly and were very willing to work. There was no grumbling nor any negative feedbacks despite all the hard work. They maintained a jovial disposition which made the stressful process of moving house enjoyable. My family and I engaged Sean Lee from Vimbox for our home move on 13/6/22. Right from the start Sean was responsive and knowledgeable, giving us excellent advice in planning for the move. He came over promptly to give us a quotation the very next day. He has always been friendly and attentive, allaying my fears and stress from the move.Fees were extremely reasonable and well worth. Professional and ever smiling movers who took the effort to cling wrap almost all our items. They also disassembled the furnitures and appliances which had problems going through the door, assembling them for us at the new venue. As each of them passed through the entrance of the new location, they asked us where to put each box instead of just leaving it in the living area. They removed the cling wraps for the furnitures to save us the trouble. They never once grumbled or complained when we gave them wrong instructions or asked for extra assistance. Sean was very fast and efficient and despite not being able to make it down personally due to the heavy downpour, he was able to provide a reasonable quote based on the photos alone. He was very responsive to all queries, always very assuring. He was also able to provide immediate solutions when I called him due to additional moving needs. The packing materials Vimbox provide will be the tapes, bubble wrap and newsprint. The movers will bring the shrink wrap on the actual day of move to wrap furniture. Morning slot mover arrives between 9am to 10am, and they will ask for an initial deposit of 40% of the total costs upon acceptance of the official quote.Stella, from the sales/admin, was responsive to my emails. The 2 movers were friendly and hardworking. Overall, a pleasant experience!

Vinbox Movers is the best moving company that I have worked with in 20 years of moves. What I loved about this company is that they truly work like a team. Damian was our relationship manager and he is super responsive and pleasant. He came to our apartment to give us a realistic estimate which was exactly on point. Ordered a King Mattress and delivered with massive care as i watched them unwrapped from the protection.Got the guys to help with my sofa legs & dining table installation. They handled it with utmost care to ensure the items are not scratched. Then I remembered there were more items to be done, the list added on but Vimbox guys took it on without grumbling and most importantly, with a smile.Gave them a small tip and went downstairs to throw the cartons away. As we parted ways they bothered to shout out good bye with a warm wave. I would say a good personal touch and I would ask for Vimbox's service again!

Can't say that there are the cheapest mover company around but their price is definitely competitive. I must say that I still think the amount I paid to shift my items are worthwhile.Their movers are well-mannered, fast despite the rainy weather and very eager to complete the job. I found Vimbox from Google and sent a request to quote. Their salesman did read the message and responded with an appointment to survey shortly after. Believe me, not every company responded for a request sent to internet :). On the actual date of moving, the crew was very professional, efficient, and helpful. They basically took over the whole house, packing and stacking with amazing speed and efficiency. They also helped us to change legs for our dinning table :). All and all very good service!

I engaged Vimbox Movers on 25 June 2024 for our office moving and I am impress on their professional service which only 1 staff who are moving all the 30 boxes to the van. It took about 20 mins with 4 trolleys to complete the job on time. I am happy to speak with Sean and Eve and their back end support are very strong in communication. Vimbox Movers made my move a breeze. They were very organized and respectful, and they worked fast without compromising on the care of my belongings. Vimbox movers are truly professional and their services are indeed exceptional. They are organized, fast and efficient from pre-move to the actual day of the move. The movers were very organized and the move was completed within 4hrs. Their admin side is also very responsive to my queries and boxes were delivered and collected 2 weeks before my and and 3 days after my move. Truly impressed by their service.
